Payment Plans 

Although most artists do not offer payment plans, I personally LOVE to offer them as an option because it allows more people to own original artwork!

HOW IT WORKS

You pay me the first 25% installment, followed by three subsequent 25% monthly installments on the artwork you've chosen. I'll keep the artwork until the outstanding sum is paid in full. Once you've paid the deposit, I'll remove the artwork from the market and hold it exclusively for you! I don't provide the artwork until the remaining payment is paid in full. Payment plans are not available for commissions.

PATMENT OPTION

The preferred way is via the payment of a bank transfer which can be made monthly and payable to my account. 

COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL!

The Payment Plan you agree to is a binding contract, but it can be flexible. I understand that circumstances may arise that affect your ability to pay. You can always make larger payments to receive your artwork sooner, or if you encounter unforeseen circumstances, please contact me to arrange for a longer period of time (up to 4 months). That is why communication is essential.

CANCELLATION 

If you have started a payment plan and, for some reason, after making one or more payments, you want to cancel further payments and receive a refund for payments already made, you can do so under the following conditions:

• You must notify us immediately so that we can resell the artwork.

• As a service fee and compensation for keeping the artwork off the market for that period of time, you will be charged a 25% fee (the first installment) of the total price of the artwork.

NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE 

If you are unable to make a monthly payment, please notify me as soon as possible. If there are no payments and I don't hear from you for 60 days or more, the art will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
